Shipping Policy

Orders placed on our website are shipped to all regions of Brazil through recognized logistics partners in the market, within 2 (two) business days after payment confirmation by the institution responsible for collection.

To check the value and delivery time, choose the desired products and click “Add to cart”. Then, enter your zip code and the cost and delivery time will be calculated automatically.

Attention:

• The delivery period begins after payment approval. As soon as the payment is approved, you will be notified by email;
• All requests are subject to the analysis and confirmation of the registration data, which may result in a slight delay in the payment confirmation;

Payment Policy

The delivery time stated in the order begins to count from the moment the payment is identified and may vary depending on the payment method chosen:

• Credit card: between 4 (four) and 72 (seventy-two) business days;
• Pix: within 1 (one) hour;
• Bank transfer: after the settlement, which may take up to 2 (two) working days;

If you would like to receive your order faster, we recommend using payment via Credit Card or Pix.

Delivery

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00. In some regions and for certain postal codes, deliveries can also take place on Saturdays during business hours.

In the event of the recipient’s absence, the need for confirmation of address or name, or if the request is retained for review and validation by competent authorities, the delivery time may be interrupted.
