Returns & Exchanges Policy

Hello! Here are some tips if you need to return or exchange one of our products.

See below the cases in which you may need to request a return or exchange:

Return Policy

If you received a product and are not satisfied, it doesn’t fit, or you regret the purchase, you can request a return for a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all items and accessories received.

To request a return, simply send an email to info@getugasto.com.br, providing your order number and attaching images of the product showing it has not been used.

Exchange Policy

If you received a product different from what you purchased on our website or missing any accessory, contact us via email: info@getugasto.com.br. This request must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.

To confirm the error, please send photos of the received product and provide your order number. We will review the photos, and if the error is confirmed, we will start the exchange process at no additional cost to the customer. In case of size errors, it is important to photograph the label as well.

Defective Products

If you identify any manufacturing defect, you have 90 (ninety) calendar days after delivery to request an exchange or return.

To confirm the defect, please send photos of the product and provide your order number. We will review the photos, and if the defect is confirmed, we will begin the return or exchange process immediately.
