Shipping Policy

Orders placed on our website are shipped to all regions of Brazil through recognized logistics partners within 2 (two) business days after payment confirmation by the payment institution.

To check the shipping cost and delivery time, select the desired products and click “Add to Cart.” Then, enter your ZIP code, and the cost and delivery time will be calculated automatically.

Important:

• The delivery time starts counting after payment approval. Once the payment is approved, you will be notified by email;
• All orders are subject to verification and confirmation of registration data, which may cause a slight delay in payment confirmation;

Payment Policy

The delivery time indicated on the order starts from the identification of payment and may vary depending on the payment method chosen:

• Credit Card: between 4 (four) and 72 (seventy-two) business hours;
• Pix: up to 1 (one) hour;
• Boleto Bancário: after clearance, which may take up to 2 (two) business days;

If you wish to receive your order faster, we recommend using Credit Card or Pix payments.

Delivery

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In some regions and for certain ZIP codes, deliveries may also occur on Saturdays during business hours.

In case of recipient absence, the need to confirm address or name, or if the order is held for verification and validation by competent authorities, the delivery time may be interrupted.
